This is an actual EX-GOVT SURVEILLANCE VAN that was used to view areas covertly. It was transferred to me by the government. The name on the title was DHS/BICE which stands for "Department of Homeland Security / Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement". Before this office had it, it appears to have been owned by the Treasury Department.
